In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel pulled in different directions, especially at work. Tasks, expectations, and demands seem to come from all sides.

Going forward, I have decided to practice “selective attention.” Instead of allowing myself to be overwhelmed by everything at once, i will choose where to focus my energy. By dedicating my attention to one task or priority at a time, i will cut through the noise and regain control of my day.
I will use selective attention as a form of self-care. I will acknowledge that while I can’t do everything all at once, I can do one thing well, then move to the next. Thereby reducing stress and reclaiming my peace of mind.

You should try “selective attention” too.
